For 12 years, he was working as the Director of the Soteria Foundation which is currently one of the leading service providers in community mental health in Budapest, Hungary.
From 2001-2012, he worked as a Lecturer at ELTE University, in the Faculty of Social Sciences. He was teaching mostly community mental health related subjects. As a licenced trainer of CARe Methodology, he has been working as a trainer and an expert consultant in many different countries.
Zsolt is now Lecturer of Social Policy at Tallinn Unversity. Mental health and disability care are his main fields with a focus on recovery-oriented community-based services in middle- and low income countries.
