Anastasiia Kunsevska – PhD in Social Psychology, Associate Professor (Faculty of Psychology, Department of Social Rehabilitation and Social Pedagogy, Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University), counseling psychologist, group therapist, board member of Ukrainian Union of Psychologists and Psychotherapists.

 Courses taught or currently teaching include: “Professional communication in social work”, “Game technologies in social work”, “Professional competence of the social worker”, “Social and Organizational Facilitation”, “Introduction into Psychology”; “Social Psychology”, “Methodology of Psychological Research”; “Essentials of socio-psychological training”, “Social and Organizational Facilitation”, “Socio-pedagogical work with victims of disaster”, “Socio-pedagogical work with a family”. 


  • Articles and Publications: over 20 scientific articles, over 15 Curricula for Academic classes.
  • Author and developer of psychological technology of structural-role projective cards "Heroes & Villains".
  • Currently working in EUAM project for Main Service Centers of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Training for trainers and service workers: “Client-orientation and communication”)


Main psychological practice:

  • Game technologies. Anastasiia Kunsevska had created and implemented training program: “Game technologies in psychological practice”. This program includes different types of games: “Agon” (competition, riddles, battle and etc.); Role-playing (story/fairytale-games, performance etc.); Simulations; Organizational-activity; Magic and ritual games and others.

  • Structural Projective Cards technology. Anastasiia is the author of Structural Projective Cards technology, based on Activity-oriented approach. This technology used in counseling process, training groups and group therapy. It contains main elements of the activity structure, which help to discover intrapersonal contradictions (for instance, discrepancy between personal goal and position, between goals and modus operandi etc).

Among her clients are: victims of domestic violence, people with anxiety disorders, people with family troubles (conflict, divorce etc.); young people with personal and professional self-determination issues.

  • During  2014-2015 Anastasiia had been working with personal and professional position of volunteers in the  project “Socio-psychological support of psychologists and volunteers in their care of victims of military conflict and their families”. URL
  • During  2012-2013 she was Project Manager in the project “Socio-psychological support of orphanage graduates ” and project "Psychological safety of school environment" under the auspices of the Kyiv City State Administration, the city Department of Education)
  • Theory and practice of community development.  During last years Anastaciia had conducted researches connected with an issue of professional community: professional socialization of future psychologist, social workers and designed methods of its development in higher educational establishments.
